Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a delivery notification once your order is dispatched.

International Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, UK (We do not ship to Europe.)	Standard, 7–14 days	Free shipping on orders over $120 USD. Otherwise, standard shipping is $25 USD.
Hong Kong Island & Kowloon	Standard, 2–4 days	$5 USD. Free shipping on orders over $120 USD.
Hong Kong Outlying Islands	Standard, 2–4 days	$10 USD. Free shipping on orders over $120 USD.

Carbon Neutral Shipping

At Just Peachy, we ship in home-compostable and biodegradable mailer bags. Domestic US shipments are carbon neutral, and all offsets are automated through our shipping partner and Ecocart.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. For warranty questions, please visit our FAQs.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for unopened products in original condition for store credit. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any exchanges or refunds at our discretion.

Please email us within 30 days to request your RMA number and let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund.

We stand by our products and will protect you from manufacturing defects within one (1) year of purchase, applicable to cloth diapers only. Please contact us with your receipt.

Kindly note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
